Adam Fulk, 62, Swan Twp met death last week in the following manner. He had returned from Avilla with his team and was driving through the large gate into his yard when the gate swung to and against the wheel of his wagon, frightening the horses. They ran, pulling him forward against their heels and he was dragged some distance and kicked to death, his head being crushed and legs and arms broken. He was a brother-in-law of W. D. Bonar of Green Center. New Era 8-13-1874
