MRS. LILLIAN COX DIES IN ARTHUR

Mrs. Lillian V. Cox, 86, died at 10::45 a.m. Wednesday in the Arthur Home, where she had lived for four months.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Fleming Funeral Home, Arthur. Burial will be in the Arthur Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday.
Born Feb. 4, 1874, at Oswego, Kan.; Mrs. Cox was the former Miss Lillian Henderson. She was married to Commordore Cox, a Pennsylvania Railroad employe, and they lived in Arthur for 27 years, leaving the community in 1931. Her husband preceded her in death.
Mrs. Cox lived at Clinton, Ind., before entering the home. She leaves a son, Dane, Battle Creek, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. George Ebrenberg, Dallas, Texas, and three brothers, Bert Henderson, Caldwell, Idaho; Chester Henderson, Oelwein, Iowa, and Charles Henderson, in Washington state.
Mrs. Cox was a charter member of the Arthur Woman's Club, Chapter, OES, and a member a paster worthy matron of Arthur of the Methodist Church.
