Walter David Little, 30, of Greensboro, N. C., died Saturday, Sept. 6, 1997.
He was a former resident of Dickenson County.
Surviving are his wife, Leai Little; his infant son, Walter David Little II; his mother, Gaye Little of Clintwood; one sister, Mary Lou Tackett of Melvindale, Mich.; three brothers, Michael Little of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Danny Little of Ecorse, Mich., and Richard Little of Kingsport, Tenn.; his maternal grandmother, Goldie French of Clintwood; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p. m. in the Mullins Funeral Home Chape. Burial will follow in the Smith Family Cemetery, McClure. Pallbearers will be Gary Seckman, Jerry Meade, Ralph Whisenhunt, Michael Jessee, Danny Counts and Greg Dingus. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Tackett, Danny French, Roy French, Evans French and Franklin Little. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Walter David Litte II infant fund at First Community Bank, P. O. Box 539, Clintwood, Va. 24228.
