Death of Mrs. Ann Totten
Mrs. Ann Totten, mother of Mrs. D.W. Chichester, died on Monday, the 7th instant, at the Chichester home on Spring street, at the advanced age of 80 years. Mrs. Totten was a native of New York, and for several years past had been an invalid, tenderly cared for by her only child, Mrs. Chichester, with whom she had made her home for twenty-five years. She was of a quiet but happy disposition, devoted to her home and family. The funeral took place Wednesday afternoon from the family residence, Rev. E. B. Hays, of the Presbyterian church conducting the services. The interment was in Union Cemetery.
