Isaac Francis 'Frank' Carley -- A native of Mobile and a longtime resident of Theodore, AL died on Sunday, April 13, 2003 at a local hospital. Mr. Carley was a member of Bethel Holiness Church, a member of Moose Lodge #321 and a member of the Hall of Fame Bowlers. Mr. Carley was an avid sportsman who loved to hunt and spent many hours bowling with other members of the Hall of Fame Bowlers. He is survived by his wife, Delores A. Carley of Theodore; children, Scott (Elizabeth) Miller of Grand Bay, AL, April (Mark) Yancey of Theodore, AL and Laura (Dusty) Searcy of Mobile, AL; brother, William (Helen) Carley of Theodore, AL; sister, Betty June (Bud) Hendricks of Theodore, AL; sister-in-law, Barbara 'Bobbie'' Carley of Theodore, AL; grandchildren, Lauren, Jack, Cortlynn, Logan and Carleigh, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at 2 p.m. with interment in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 15, 2003 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Arrangements are by MOBILE MEMORIAL GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL.
