THE PARIS NEWS, JUNE 29, 1939 - Mrs. Sarah C. Kindle, 68, was found dead in bed at her home, on Clarksville Street Friday morning about 8 o'clock. A physician called, ascribed death to natural causes, about two hours earlier. The funeral service was set for 4:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the residence, conducted by the Rev. Raymond Smooi of Imanuel Baptist Church, and the Rev. Roy J. Roby Ward of Waco, with interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Brown-Roden Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Survivors are these children, Mrs. Ed Barnes, Mrs. Willie Jordan; Marion, Bill and Jack Kindle, Mrs. Floyd Wall, Ed Kindle, besides a brother, Dock Holder; three sisters, Mrs. Bill Tucker, Mrs. Mary Burkham and Mrs. Martha Foreman.
