OBITUARY
Samuel S. Cagley
COQUILLE-Samuel Squire Cagley, Coquille, died suddenly at his home here Friday. Employed as a logger on the Bonneville Power Administration right-of-way, he reported for work Friday but returned home when he did not feel well. He died shortly afterward.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Schroeder Mortuary with the Rev. Luis Buve officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery No. 2.
He was born in Bovee, S. D., June 25, 1909,and had lived in Coquille two years.
Surviving are his widow, Elva; sons, Orville, James, Donald (Damuel), Larry and Lonnie, all of Coquille; daughters, Mrs. Mary Gurney, Coquille, and Mrs. Demaris Riddle, Bellingham, Wash.; sisters, Mrs. Ben Oldham, Bellingham, and Mrs. Oliver Vroman, Albany.
