Deceased Name: WILLIAM LEEMON GOLDSBORO - William Leemon, 62, of Goldsboro died Tuesday at his home.
Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Northview Christian Church. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in DuQuoin, Ill.
A native of DuQuoin, Ill., he was a retired employee of Barclay's American Credit Corp. and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving are wife, Mamie H. "Chick" Leemon; daughter, Karen Leemon Cole of Greensboro; stepdaughter, Lou Ann Leonard of Thomasville; stepson, Richard Kiser Gentry of Greensboro; sister, La Donna Rollins of Chesterfield, Mo.; two stepgranddaughters.
Memorial contributions may be made to Northview Christian Church Parsonage Fund, Route 7, Box 3, Goldsboro, N.C. 27530.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
