Kathryn C. (Christman) Searfoss Poczak, 91, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 21, 2017 at Manorcare in Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Allen "Bunny" Searfoss, and the late Russell Poczak. Born in White Haven, PA. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Cora (Huseman) Christman. Kathryn worked as a clerk and horticulturist for the former Wilgores for 10 years, and the former Pharo Garden Center for 20 years. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Bethlehem, where she was a volunteer for many years. She enjoyed traveling with her second husband Russell to his Navy reunions for 10 years. She also enjoyed knitting, sewing and gardening. Survivors: She will be lovingly remembered by step daughter Sandra L. McKinney of NC; nephew Lou Poczak and his wife Tara of Bethlehem. She is also survived by her toy poodle Sophia. She was predeceased by her sister Hannah Lefczak. Services: A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday June 27, 2017 at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St. Bethlehem, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Her burial will be at Laurel Cemetery in White Haven, PA. A memory tribute may be placed at www.longfuneralhome.com.
