Bert Naper Dies; Last of the Joe Naper Family
Bert Naper, who was a son of Thos. and Julia Naper passed away at the Aurora City Hospital Monday after a few weeks illness there.
He was born and spent all his life in Naperville and was a grandson of Captain Joseph Naper and a brother of the late Chas. Naper. He was never married and lived alone on W. Jackson Street. The funeral will be held from A. R. Beidelman funeral parlors Wednesday and Rev. R. W. Schloerb will officiate.
It is not positive that he is the last of the Joe Naper branch as there are probably other relatives in the West. However, he is the last living relative near here.
