Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie Linder Bonds, 74, of Wellington who died Saturday night, were held today at 11 a.m. at Bethel Methodist Church, the Revs. R.D. Pitts and Lamar Pruitt officiating.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery, Gray Brown-Service Mortuary in charge.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Essie James of Gadsden, and Mrs. Davy Patterson of Ohatchee; three half-brothers, Floyd Martin of Weaver, J.D. Martin of Wellington, and Stanley Martin of Ohatchee.
Active pallbearers will be Leo Schladensky, Robert Elders, J.C. Martin, Tollie Hardin, Larry McComb, and Travis Martin.
She was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County and a member of the Peeks Hill Methodist Church.
