BODY BROUGHT HERE
Remains of Allison McDowell Will
Arrive From Paris Today.

The remains of Allison B. McDowell, who was killed by a street car accident in Paris, Ill., on Sunday night, will be brought to this city this morning over the Wabash for interment. The body will be in charge of Luther Allen and George Heitzman, brothers-in-law of the deceased, who went to Paris, Ill., yesterday to take charge of the remains. The arrangements for the funeral have not been completed.
The first message that came here was to the effect that William McDowell had been killed, but it was ascertained later that it was Allison McDowell, who went to Paris six years ago and was employed in a broom factory. He was about 43 years old and is survived by a daughter. He was a son of Marion McDowell, of Battle Ground, and had two brothers, James and Woodford McDowell, in this city. He was a membr of the Sixth ward fire department at one time and was employed as a driver by the United States Express company.
