BALDWIN- In East Downingtown, on April 17, 1898, Johnson T. Baldwin, aged 76 years and 10 months.
Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from his late residence, No. 112 Jefferson Avenue, on Wednesday, April 20th. Leave the house at 10 a.m. Services at Hephzibah Baptist Church. Interment in adjoining cemetery.

Two funerals took place in our town on Wednesday morning. The one was the remains of Johnson Baldwin, who was buried from his late residence on Washington avenue. Short services were held at the house by the Rev. W. P. Patterson, after which the remains were taken to the Hephzibah Baptist Church, where additional services were conducted by Rev. H. B. Garner, of the Baptist Church. The services were attended by many persons who were relatives and friends of the deceased, who was a well-known Chester Countian. The interment was made in the Hephzibah Cemetery.
