MRS. DAISY P. ALLEN
Mrs. Daisy P. Allen, 81, of 5124 Booth Ave., died Monday at the Independence Sanitarium and Hospital. She was born in Jefferson City and had lived in this area most of her life. Mrs. Allen was a Baptist. She leaves her husband, Charles E. Allen of the home; a son, Walter E. Darst, Bates City, Mo.; her stepmother, Mrs. Susie Carry [Carey], Kansas City; two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Carson Independence Chapel; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the chapel.
