Mr. Donald Norris died August 23, 2009 at his home. He was born February 28, 1934 in Johnsville, OH to the late Leonard and Ethel Lamp Norris. He was a machinist.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church, St. Johns #13 Masonic Lodge, and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Allred Norris of Livingston; daughter & son-in-law, Angel & Tom Smith of Abingdon, VA; son, Don Smith of Cookeville; 4 grandchildren, Megan Long Wills, Ashley Long, Tommy Smith, & Madison Smith; and 3 great-grandchildren, Macie Wills, Acelynn Long, & Johnny Wills, Jr.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers: Richard Norris and Paul Norris, and his sisters: June Podreca, Vivian Millat, Bernice Lankin, Dorothy Mitchell, Juanita Davis, & Miriam Norris.
Funeral services for Mr. Donald Isaac Norris, age 75, of Livingston will be conducted at 1 p.m., Thursday, August 27, 2009 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Rev. Craig Green officiating. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers to serve are Tom Smith, Rob Loch, John Wills, Tommy Smith, Dennis Millat, & Doug Davis.
