Harry C. Blanke, 66, a retired Town of Sheboygan Falls farmer, died at 1:30 a.m. today at the Plymouth Hospital following an illness of a week.
He was born Sept. 30, 1895, in Town of Plymouth, the son of the late Paul and Sophie Blanke. he married Norma Kissinger March 21, 1930, and the couple lived on a farm in the Town of Plymouth until 1950 when they moved to the present home.
Mr. Blanke was an agent for the Heritage Insurance Co. and for the Town of Wilson Fire Insurance Co. He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Town of Sheboygan Falls.
Surviving are his wife; a brother, Rubin, Town of Plymouth; and a sister, Miss Thekla Blanke of West Bend. His parents and a brother preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Salem Church in the Town of Sheboygan Falls. The Rev. Ernest Gander will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call at the Wittkopp Funeral Home, Plymouth, from 3 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Saturday and at the church from noon until the time of services.
