Mr. Barham died at 12:20 a. m., Saturday, at the home of his son, Johnny Barham of Star Route 3, after a long illness.
Mr. Barham was born in this county Jan. 21, 1875, and was a son of the late Elder W. A. Barham, previous Primitive Baptist minister here.
Survivors include three other sons, Seldon of Route 2, Curtis of Watalula and Jennings of Glendale, Calif.; three brothers, L. A. Barham of Ozark, J. M. Barham of Oklahoma City and W. C. Barham of Carthage, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Woolsey of Ozark and Mrs. Arthur Young of Dill City, Okla.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Active pallbearers will be Johnny Barham Jr., Gene Barham, Curtis Barham, W. H. Barham, Gervis Nixon and Barney Phillips. Honorary pallbearers will be Freeman Dillahunty, John Anderson, Johnny Young, Leon Maxwell, Fate Rogers and Homer Bourland.
