He was born April 27, 1930, in Choctaw County. Mr. Gregg was a retired electrician and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Pam Melton and Cassie Buford of Pascagoula, and Lorrie Albright of Jackson; three sons, Terry Gregg of Jackson, Ricky Gregg of Biloxi
and Bill Cable of West Point; a sister, Nell Clark of Richmond, Va.; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Bowie; and two brothers, Wallace and Vernon Gregg.
Services were Oct. 19 at Oliver Funeral Home in Eupora with the Rev. Curtis Guess officiating. Burial was in Providence Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ray Evans, Jerry Gregg, Boyd Jenkins, Tom Jenkins, Dave Kelly and David Kelly.
