Born in Polk County, Iowa, a daughter of the late George H. and Addie Addison, she was a resident of Colorado Springs for 33 years. She was first married to Edwin Vandruff who died in 1938. She married second, in 1947, to Herbert Mott.
Survivors include three sons, Lester (Thelma), Glenn (Bessie), and Vernon (Mildred) Van Druff, all of Colorado Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Albert (Odessa) Cabaret of Colorado Springs; and two brothers, D. D. Addison and Charles Addison, both of Iowa. Eleven grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren also survive.
