MERIDIAN--Noah Elmer Adams, 81, of Meridian, died Monday at a Nampa nursing home. He resided at 1105 Meridian Street.

He was born at Fair Play, Mo., Sept. 22, 1881, and came here in 1903 and farmed in the area until his retirement. Mr. Adams was married to Ida Fay Matlock in Meridian October 1908. She died in 1950. He was married to Irene Anderson Jan. 8, 1921, at Winnemucca.

Survivors include his wife of Meridian; one son, Eldon C. Adams of Payette; a daughter, Mrs. Fern Louise Roberts of Boise; two brothers, William of Vancouver, Wash., and Levi Adams of Portland; four sisters, Mrs. Cora Belcher of Exeter, Calif., Mrs. Ruth Engleman of Fair Play, Mrs. Lizzie Neal of Eagle, and Miss Amanda D. Adams of Fair Play; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Services will be announced by the Robison Chapel.

MERIDIAN--Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Robison Chapel, Meridian, for Noah Elmer Adams, 81, 1105 Meridian Street, Meridian, who died Monday in a Nampa nursing home. Rev. Frank Maulden will officiate. Interment will be in Meridian.
