The body of Preston Olney Lively, 49, was discovered early Monday morning beside the Missouri Pacific railroad tracks north of the depot here. Webb Finch, justice of peace, said Lively's death was accidental. He is believed to have been struck down by a passing train. The body was discovered by J. D. Wallace between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. He
notified Olan Davis, county commissioner, who resides near the scene where the body was found. A watch which Lively was wearing had stopped at 12:05 but Davis said he
