Mrs. Bessie Virginia Sutphin, 76, of Radford died last night at her home. She was the widow of C.K. Sutphin. Survivors include three sons, Stanley C. (Buck) Sutphin, Glen I. Sutphin and Edward W. (Bill) Sutphin all of Radford; two sisters, Mrs. Cora Gearheart and Miss Blanche Fulcher, both of Christiansburg; ll grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral service will he 2 p.m. Saturday at DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Hinderlight and Rev. Bobby Sutphin officiating. Burial will follow in Sunrise Burial Park. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at DeVilbiss Funeral Home.
