NOTED SURGEON DIES - Indianapolis (UP) - Dr John F Barnhill, 78, former president of the American Society of Head Surgeons and once associated with the Indiana University School of Medicine, died Wednesday at Miami Beach, Fla. friends were advised today. Barnhill, a native Hoosier who lived at Indianapolis and Westfield, was the author of several books. Surviving are the wife and two brothers.
