EUNICE DARST

BUSHNELL - Eunice Darst, 96, formerly of Bushnell, died at 5:20 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, 1996, at Avon Nursing Home in Avon.

Born July 15, 1900, in Bushnell to Paxton and Fannie Richard Moore, she married Chester A. Darst. He died June 24, 1943. She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Dorothy Pickett, one son, Donald Darst, one granddaughter and 11 brothers and sisters.

Surviving are three granddaughters, Betty Shyrack of Plymouth, Peggy Farr of Table Grove and Linda Dudeck of Harshaw, Wis.; five great- grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren.

She worked for Turner Grocery Store in Bushnell for a number of years and retired as a cook from Bushnell-Prairie City High School.

She was a member of Bushnell Rebekah Lodge.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday until the time of services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Avon Nursing Home.
