Mrs. Bishop was born in Union Parrish, La., and had been a Borger resident since 1929. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bishop, in 1949, a son, Bill Bishop, and a daughter, Betty Hodges.
Survivors include a son, James Bishop of West Monroe, La.; three daughters, Juanita Hodges of Amarillo, Shirley Bishop of West Monroe and Helen Jowers of Borger; a sister, Jessie Bryan of Bernice, La.; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Louise McDougle Bishop, 92, died Thursday, April 1, in Amarillo, Texas.
Services were held at 1:00 pm on Saturday April 3, in Borger at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Gregg Simmons officiating. Interment was at Eastlawn Garden at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger, Texas.
Mrs. Bishop bad been a Borger resident since 1929. She was born in Union Parish in Louisiana. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bishop, in 1949, one son, Bill Bishop and one daughter, Betty Hodges.
Survivors include her son, James Bishop of West Monroe, La., three daughters, Juanita Hodges of Amarillo, Texas, Shirley Bishop of West Monroe, La. and Helen Jowers of Borger, Tx.; one sister, Jessie Bryan of Bernice, La.; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
