Mrs. Margaret Williams, 37 years old, wife of L.C. Williams of Groom, died in a hospital at Wichita Falls late yesterday.

Her husband is an employee of the Magnolia Petroleum Company.

Mrs. Williams was a member of the Methodist Church at Groom.

She is is survived by her husband, her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. G.M. Black, of Groom; seven sisters, Mrs. Albert Guill, Amarillo; Mrs. Walker E. Smith, Amarillo; Mrs. Tom Shaw, Farmington, N.M.; Mrs. Gilbert Wilson, Stinnett; Mrs. Mack Sheets, Salida, Colo.; Mrs. Dick Cox, Miami, and Mrs. Lillie Lambert, Groom; and by five brothers, Lawrence, George, Frank and Sam Black, all of Groom, and Charles Black of Dumas.

The body will arrive in Amarillo over the Fort Worth & Denver (Railroad) this morning. Funeral arrangements will be announced by N.S. Griggs & Sons.
