Barbara Ann Harper, 44, of Ft. White passed away at Shands at University of Florida on August 16, 2009.

Born in Flemington, NJ, she had been a resident of Ft. White for the past 25 years having come from Haines City, FL. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

She is survived by her husband, Charles F.(Chuck) Harper of Ft. White; parents, Aaron C. "Buck" Hann and Blanche E. Hann of Auburndale, FL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Roger and Jan Clark; 2 sons: Brian (Carol) Harper of Live Oak and Chad (Tabatha) Harper of Lake City; 1 daughter, Jana Harper of Ft. White; 1 brother, Henry (Lisa) Hann of Snead, FL; 2 sisters: Valarie (Kevin) Hann of Lake Alfred, FL and Peggy (Jack) Shadrick of Auburndale, FL; 6 grandchildren: Daryl, Evan, Cadence, Jayden, Darien and Kalvin; neice, Morgan Shadrick; her loving pets: Aggie, Trooper, Reese & Amber.

Services will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Columbia Baptist Church, South 47, Lake City with Reverend Daryl Tomlinson officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Evans-Carter Funeral Home, High Springs on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 from 7 to 9 PM.

Arrangements are in the care of Evans-Carter Funeral Home, 386-454-2444.
