1982 ~ 2004

Aaron J. Padilla died in a tragic motorcycle accident on March 28, 2004.

Aaron was born to Larry and Janelle Padilla of Taylorsville, UT on June 21, 1982. He is our beloved and adored son, brother and uncle whose life was cut painfully short. Aaron was a graduate of Cottonwood High School, where he played ice hockey and later was an assistant coach for 2 years.

Aaron was a naturally gifted athlete, playing soccer, baseball, volleyball, deckhockey and teaching himself to be an amazing golfer. His talents were evident, too, as he played piano, guitar and sang. Aaron had worked for Salt Lake County Surveyors Office and was currently working for PEPG Engineering. He was a great friend and cousin and was loved by all.

Aaron is survived by his parents; sisters, Biji (Jeff) Mackay, Amber (Aaron) Fish, and Maggie Padilla; nieces, Maya and Eden Mackay; grandparents, Nettie Padilla and Jess (Barbara) Nebel.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 2, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bennion West Stake, 3555 West 5620 South. The family will receive friends at a viewing on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South and one hour prior to the services at the Stake. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
