PARAGOULD - Victor W. 'Bug' Adams, 77, retired assistant superintendent for Arkansas Highway Department and former owner of Adams Bait Shop, died Sunday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. at Heath Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Gardens. He was a member of Lake Street Baptist Church. Adams, the husband of Piccola Adams, also leaves two daughters, Ms. Shirley Jackson and Ms. Barbara Mullins, both of Paragould; a son, Bill Adams of Marmaduke; a sister, Ms. Opal Hampton of Paragould; a brother, Theodore Adams of Poplar Bluff, Mo., 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
