Mrs. Bennett was born Dec. 16, 1926, in St. Louis, the daughter of Walter Parker and his wife Jessie, nee McKinney.
She was united in marriage to Grady Bennett in 1954.
Mrs. Bennett was employed as a welder in the wire industry.
She was of the Lutheran faith.
Mrs. Bennett was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dec. 12, 1978; and three daughters, Doris Ann Chronister, Patricia Sue Garza and Linda Lee Crawford.
She is survived by one daughter, Sharon Ramey and husband Nathan, North Vernon, Ind.; one granddaughter, Mary Ann Schuetz; eight grandsons; seven great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 4, at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home in Pacific with the Rev. Earlwood Towne officiating.
Interment was in Sunset Cemetery in Pacific.
Memorials to the American Cancer Society are preferred.
