Glenn E. Zimmerman, 74, of 7524 Penn, formerly of Lenexa, died Saturday at St. Mary's Hospital where he had been hospitalized three weeks. Mr. Zimmerman was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a tollkeeper for the Kansas Turnpike Authority before retiring in 1967. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lenexa. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Delores Frazier, 13417 Walnut, Lenexa; a brother Norris Zimmerman, Kansas City, Kansas; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Allison, Stanley in Johnson County; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Frye Chapel, Olathe; burial in Lenexa Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. tonight at the chapel.
