Mable Fansler Richardson, 96, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Westminster Oaks. A private memorial service will be arranged by her family. Bevis Funeral Home (850-385-2193) is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308. Mrs. Richardson was born March 8, 1912 in Kissimmee, Florida and lived for many years in Sarasota, before moving to Tallahassee in 1987. She is survived by two daughters, Sybil Holley (and husband, Ken) and Rainey Vivier (and husband, Pierre), both of Tallahassee; granddaughters, Lori Mead (and Mark) and Susanne Frantal (and Tony), both of Appleton, Wis. and Dominique Cachat (and Christophe) of Lyon, France; a grandson, Dan Quickel of Laguna Niguel, Calif.; and five great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Westminster Oaks Retirement Village, and also the superb staff at Big Bend Hospice for their guidance, kindness and consideration.
