BETTY FEASEL, 49, DIES AT HOSPITAL

Mrs. Betty Louise Feasel, 49, wife of Charles G. Feasel, Box 113, Ohio City, O., a resident of Decatur most of her life, died at 11:15 p.m. (EDT) Thursday at the Van Wert county hospital after an extended illness.

She was born in Decatur March 22, 1923, a daughter of William H. and Georgia Anderson-Foughty and was married to Charles G. Feasel July 3, 1941. The family resided in Decatur until moving to Ohio City five years ago.

Mrs. Feasel was a member of the United Methodist church at Ohio City , the WSCS of the church, the Eagles lodge axillary at Rockford , O., and was president of the VFW auxiliary at Van Wert.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Merlin (Charlene) Wolfe of Ohio city, and Mrs. Kenneth L. (Esther) Kolter of Decatur route 2; two sons, Gary A. Feasel of Auburn, and Ernest G. Feasel of Decatur; three sisters, Mrs. Carl (Georgia) Barnett of Brown county, Mrs. Fred (Wilma) Bischoff of Wolcottville, and Mrs. Herman (Ruth) Burkhead of Decatur; and seven grandchildren. One brother, one sister and one grandchild are deceased.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. (EST) Sunday at the Winteregg-Linn funeral home, with Rev. David Eichar officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. (EST) today until time of service.
