Manuel F. Alvarez Jr., 51, died Jan. 25, 1999 in Pasadena, Texas.
Visitation will be from 8 to 9 a.m. Friday at St. Helen's Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated there at 9:30 a.m. Friday by the Rev. Martin Martinez. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Mr. Alvarez was born July 25, 1947 in Casa Grande. He was an elementary school teacher and lived all his life in Eloy except for 10 years in Texas.
Survivors include his mother, Emma F.; a sister, Mary Zamora; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Sr.
