Daniel Boatwright, DeKalb Farmer, Dies
Daniel Boatwright, 69, near DeKalb, Mo. died unexpectedly at his home at 11:15 a. m. today of a heart attack. He had gone to the barn to let the horses out when stricken.
He was born at Des Moine and spent most of his life in the Bean lake and DeKalb vicinities. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bessie Mae Boatwright, three sons, Charles and Edward B Boatwright of Atchison, and Albert Boatwright, Rushville; four daughters, Mrs. Walter Frazier, Mrs. Mathew Walters and Mrs Iva Bond, all of Atchison and Mrs. Vance Ramsey, Troy. There are twenty-four grandchildren and three great-grand-children.
The body is at the Rupp mortuary at St. Joe. Funeral arrangements had not been completed this afternoon.
