Zelma Marie Keller was born March 8, 1901 near Logan, Kansas, and departed this from life March 19, 1962 after a few hours of illness. Mrs. Keller and her husband were engaged in a revival meeting at the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Hill City. Mrs. Keller was a very devout Christian and was loved by everyone who knew her.
She married J. Orvan Keller at Winona, Kansas, September 21, 1921. With her husband they became four years attending Kingswood Holiness College at Kingswood, Kentucky and thereafter went to Carrollton, Kentucky, in 1925 where they buildt a church and pastored there for six years. Since then she has traveled with her husband the last 32 years in evangelistic work. She has broadcast over 40 different radio stations-her singing blessed thousands. Hundreds of children were blessed by her youth work and the Scene-O-Felt pictures she presented nightly in the evangelistic services. She missed only two evangelistic revivals during her evangelistic career and that was due to the sickness of her father and mother.
Of late years she decided to finish the last years Deaconess Course and in 1959 she was ordained a Deaconess of the Pilgrim Holiness Church of which she was a member.
Mrs. Keller's mother, Mrs. Rose Archer preceded her in death March 15, 1951 and her father Sherman Archer, April 10, 1952; Also her brother Luther and three brothers and sisters.
She leaves to mourn their loss her husband, J. Orvan Keller, Logan, Kansas, two brothers, Tracy Archer of Norton, Kansas and Malin Archer of San Burnadino, California, also seven sisters: Jennie Hewitt of Almena, Kansas, Elizabeth Randall, Richmond, California, Lola Daniels of San Bernadino, California, Pansy Venable of Hayward, California, Carrie Routon, Fowler, Kansas, Eva Langwell, Wichita, Kansas, Vesta Martin, Englewood, Colorado, also a host of other relatives and friends.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, her loved ones and many friends.

I cannot say, and I will not say, that she is dead. She is just away. With a cheery smile and a wave of the hand,
She has wondered into an unknown land.

And left us dreaming hoe very fair,
It needs must be, since she lingers there,
And you -Oh you, who the wildrest yearn,
For the old time step and the glad return.

Think of her faring on, as dear
In the love of there as the love of here;
Think of her still as the same, I say,
She is not dead- she is just away.

The funeral services were held Thursday, March 22, 1961 at the Free Methodist Church in Logan, Kansas, at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. H. K. Busby officiating. The soloist was Mrs. Clarence Kugler. The Casketbearers were Leonard Archer, Jack Archer, Dana Hewitt, Bob Hewitt, Loren Hewitt, Interment was at West Union Cemetery near Densmore, Kansas.
