The funeral for Herman A. Cook, 75, of Concordia will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church, Concordia, the Rev. Russell Gotschall officiating. Burial will be at West Branch Cemetery southwest of Concordia. Mr. Cook died Saturday at St. Joseph Hospital.
He was born April 7, 1904, at Concordia. He was a retired farmer, stockman and a lifelong resident of Cloud County. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife Grace, of the home; a son, Alvin Lee, of Concordia; a daughter, Lula Mae Bolander, of Phoenix, Arizona; three granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; and a brother, Lawrence of Concordia.
The family suggests memorials to the Kansas Lung Association.
