The Plaindealer regrets to chronicle the death of Mrs. Sarah Jane (Dudley) Stacy, which sad event occurred at her home in the Dido community on Wednesday of last week.
She was about 81 years of age and a splendid Christian woman, and one of the pioneer citizens of this county, and was well and widely connected.
The funeral occurred at Antioch Cemetery. Services being conducted by the Rev. J. B. Burns, pastor of the Methodist Church at Chester.
To the grieved ones we extend our deepest sympathy.
