Surviving are two sons, Jeff and Jon (Sue), all Minster; two daughters, Jennifer (Kevin) Salm and Jaime (Robb) Hemmelgarn, all Minster; a brother, Duane (Mary Jane), Piqua; a sister-in-law, Nancy Bachman, Van Wert; and twelve gandchildren, Megan, Holly, Nicole, Alyx, Dana, Leah, Chad, Dustin, Jarret, Laney, Lyndi and Jace.
Deceased are a daughter, Joy; and two brothers, Donald and Jan.
She was employed as a receptionist at Dr. Nicanor Atillo's office, and secretary for Norseman Cable, Minster. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and Minster Athletic Booster Club.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at the church, with Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating.
