Dr Benjamin F Seabury,the oldest practitioner in the County,died in Orleans on Wednesday,26th ult., of diabetes,aged 82 years.Dr Seabury was a graduate of Harvard Medical School in 1833, and has been some 40 years a resident of the town.He stood high in his profession,was a writer of considerable ability and was well informed in matters outside of his profession.He married the daughter of the late Capt Elkanah Bangs of Brewster who died two or three years ago,and leaves two daughters.
