Mrs. Jacob (Clara) Zimbelman died suddenly at her home late Sunday evening.

She is survived by her husband Jacob of St. Paul; daughter, Mrs. Roy (Erna) McKoski of St. Paul; five sons, Harry of San Jose, California, Aldro of Caldwell, Idaho, Don of Omaha, Harvey of Union City, California, Merlin of Alameda, California; four brothers, John Nicolaus of Butte, Jacob Nicolaus of Downey, California, Harry Nicolaus of Fresno, California; Ernest Nicolaus of Stockton, California; five sisters, Mrs. Esther Keepers of Palo Alto, California, Mrs. Herman Ulmer of Omaha, Mrs. Vera Lund of Napier, Mrs. Metha Beck of Winner, South Dakota and Mrs. Freida Zimbelman of St. Paul; and 19 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Edward, who was killed in the Korean Conflict. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a brother Edward; and two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Schultz and Mrs. Gertrude Bettcher.

Clara Frederika Zimbelman was born in Greeley County on December 25th, 1895 to John and Mary (Blakkolb) Nicolaus and died unexpected of a heart attack at her home, Easter Sunday evening. she had just returned home after having a delightful day at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy McKoski.

Mrs. Zimbelman was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was a Gold Star Mother. Her hobbies consisted of quilting, crocheting and collecting salt and pepper sets, of which she possessed over 100.
