Louis F. Bergmann, 75, died at 4:39 a.m. Wednesday at the home of his son, Arnold Bergmann at Denver of a stroke.
He was born August 25, 1875 to Mr. and Mrs. August Bergmann, in Douglas township, Bremer county. He was married in December, 1900, to Emma Boeckmann. He moved to Waterloo in 1937 after the death of his wife. In 1949 he came to Denver and had resided with his son until his death.
Survivors include two sons, Arthur, Waterloo; Arnold, Denver; one daughter, Mrs. Ewald Soldwisch, Waverly; two brothers, August and Edward, two sisters, Matelda Biermann and Lena Hartmann all of Tripoli 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wife, parents, and one brother and one sister.
