SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS/DE PERE - Dorothy Mae Anderson, age 81, of San Antonio, Texas, and De Pere, passed away at her home in De Pere on Friday, April 7, 2006.

She was born to William J. and Hannah (Sayers) Booth in Pittsburgh, Pa., on May 28, 1924.

In 1943, she met Donald Anderson, an Army student at Carnegie Tech. They were married on Feb. 23, 1946, upon his return from overseas duty.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years; two daughters; a son; two grandsons; sisters, Betty Faloney and Jackie Lucci; sisters-in-law, Margie Booth, Blanche Gregory and Bernice Kohlman; and brother-in-law, Gilbert Anderson.

Family and friends may call Tuesday, April 11, 2006, from 11 a.m. until noon at FIRST UNITED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of De Pere, 605 N. Webster Ave., De Pere. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday at noon at the church, with the Rev. Dr. Ted L. Tromble officiating. Inurnment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Madison, at a date to be announced.
