OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)
Mrs. Charles Dluzak, 61, Wabash R.R. 4, a lifelong resident of Wabash county, died Monday morning at 4:45 o'clock in the Wabash County hospital after an illness of two weeks. Death was caused by complications.

She was a member of the St. Bernard's church and the Rosary Society.

The decedent was born in Wabash county, the daughter of Alexander and Alice (Carrouthers) Carver. She was married on Feb. 9, 1915 to Charles Dluzak who died Nov. 5, 1945.

Survivors include four children, Mrs. Kenneth Coburn, Charles A., William and Martha Jane Dluzak, all of Wabash R.R. 4. Two grandchildren and a brother, John Carver, Wabash, also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o'clock in the St. Bernard's church with the Rev. Leo A. Hoffmann officiating. Burial will be in Falls cemetery. The body has been taken from the Jones Funeral home to the family home on Wabash R.R. 4 where friends may call. Rosary services will be held Thursday evening at the residence.
