Louisa, VA: A funeral service for Michael David Herron, 5, who died Wednesday when a ditch caved in on him, was held at 3pm on Saturday at the Macedonia Methodist Church, Bells Crossroads. Burial was in the cemetery there.
Survivors are his parents, Mrs. Audrey Herron of Louisa and Emil M. Herron of Richmond; a sister, Miss Patricia Ann Herron; three brothers, Tira A., Hazin A., and Daniel A. Herron, all of Louisa; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Herron and Mrs. Leora, all of Colorado.
