PRICE- Harold Lionel Bithell, 71, died Aug. 9 at his home of a heart ailment.

Born Aug. 30, 1898, Tooele, to Thomas and Elizabeth Sarah Green Bithell. Married Afton Staines, November, 1928, Salt Lake City. Graduate University of Utah, 1924. Mathematics teacher, Carbon High School, 31 years. Veteran WW I. Member, Price Post No. 3, American Legion; Community Theatre, Price; Carbon Theatre Assn.; Price Elks Lodge No. 1550.

Survivors: widow; son, daughter, Dr. Thomas Carter [Bithell], Charlottesville, Va.; Beverly Jean [Bithell]. Stony Brook, N.Y.; 4 grandchildren; brother, sister, Frank T., St. Anthony, Idaho; Mrs. Blanch Grant, Tokyo, Japan. Funeral Tuesday 2 p.m., Price Elks Lodge. Friends call Mitchell Funeral Home Monday 7-9 p.m., lodge Tuesday one hour prior to services. Burial Price City Cemetery.
