OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)

Death called at 6:45 o'clock Wednesday morning for Mrs. Minnie Denney, 82, widow of Al Denney, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clarence Cassaday, 261 South Fisher Street, where she had lived for the last three years.
Mrs. Denney was born in Wabash County Aug. 6, 1857 to William and Martha Ray. She spent her entire life in Wabash and was an active member of the First Methodist Church as long as her health permitted. Her finest trait was an ardent desire to do good for her associates.
She was married to Al Denney in 1882 and to the union were born two children, Carl Denney, deceased, and Mrs. Cassaday, which whom she lived. Surviving also are three grandchildren, Paul Cassaday and Earl Denney, Wabash, and Mrs. Jeane Baker, North Manchester; two sisters, Mrs. L. Garrison, Wabash and Mrs. Mattie Hughes, Ada, Okla., and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Jones Funeral Home. The body was taken to the late residence Wednesday afaternoon where it will remain until the services. Burial will be in Falls cemetery.
