Valentine Nicholas, Haycock Twp., yeoman, "advanced in age." March 15, 1798. Proved Sept. 26, 1807

Son Christian exr. "Have several years ago confirmed lands to son Christian and George." Children Valentine, Jacob, Catharine wife of Frederick Premauer, John, Henry, Daniel, Christian and George. Witness Casper Boroyer, Casper Schoen, Henry Apple, "Have my dwelling with son Christian and mean to continue to my end.

All the rest of my Estate (which was so converted into money as aforesaid) I have given Devised & Bequeathed and Divided among my children , (namely) Valentine, Jacob, Catharine, now Intermarried with Frederick Premauer, John, Henry, Daniel, Christian and George, And whereas my said Children have already fully received their respective mentioned Legacies, Excepting, the sum of thirty six pounds two shillings & four pence, which said sum is unpaid of my son Daniel's said Legacy. I therefore do order and direct my Executor (hereafter to be named) to pay to my said son Daniel, or his heirs the said sum of thirty six pounds two shillings & four pence, good lawful money of Pennsylvania, before or Shortly after my Decease, if it will conveniently permit, and whereas I have had my dwelling.
