Willie L. Fordham Dies Friday
PERRY - Willie L. Fordham of 6545 W. M-78 died suddenly of a heart attack at 6:45 p.m. Friday at Plowman Ford Sales. He was 73.
Funeral services are to be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the LaRowe Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Patow of Perry Methodist Church officiating.
Burial is to be in Oak Plains Cemetery. The body rests at LaRowe Funeral Home. Graveside services are to be held by the Glen Arnold VFW Post of Perry.
Fordham was born April 6, 1890, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Fordham, in Metter, Ga. He attended the Stateboro High School and the Dahlonega Military School in Georgia.
He married Dorothea Cook in 1937 at Goshen, Ind.
Fordham was a World War I veteran and a former employee of the Butterfield Theatre Supply House in Lansing.
Survivors include: his wife; one son, Raymond of Grand Rapids; one daughter, Mrs. Les Gardner of Grand Rapids; four brothers - Frank, Dewey and Herbert of Georgia and
