Died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006 in Aiken Regional Medical Center, Born in Radford, Va. she was the daughter of the late Edrie Mae Barton Bishop and the late Roy Thomas Bishop. She was a gifted and talented educator and a member of the First Christian Church, Aiken, S.C.
She is survived by her husband Courtney E. Apperson, Jr., two daughters, Lorie Ann and Cara Joy. Two sisters, Phyllis Elaine Bishop, Pulaski, and Frances Eugenia Crigger, Pulaski, Va. and other family members. Burial in Thornspring Cemetery.
